  • ACCOUNT OPENNING
    • How can I open the Account?
      • Zipper e-Express Account - Open the Account in 15 minutes*
      • Zipper Regular Account - Download the form, print and send across to us, we will open the account within 24 hours of receiving the documents.

      You need to have soft copies of the documents, Aadhar card and a web camera available for verification.

      Zipper Regular Account is a simple A/c opening process where you need to download the form, fill in details and print the form. Send it to us along with the required documents and we will start working to Zip your brokerage charges.

    • What are the trading platform available with Zipper?
      • Zipper works on an advanced Integrated online trading platform. We have created EXE/ HTML (web) and Mobile trading platforms for your convenience.
    • What are the segments available for trading?

      At Zippertrade you can trade in

      • NSE
      • BSE
      • MCX
      • NCDEX
      • MCX- SX
  • FUNDS
    • How can I transfer funds for trading?
      • You can deposit funds by transferring via the Payment Gateway instantly with our partner banks. You can also use IMPS/NEFT or just drop in a cheque at any HDFC bank/ ATM.
    • When can I get the funds payout / withdrawal
      • You just need to request for a funds payout to us and we shall get the withdrawal done in your bank account. All requests received by 4 PM shall be credited to your account by next business day.
  • MARGIN POLICY

    What is the margin/ limit policy of Zipper?

    • CNC – CASH N CARRY (For Equity Delivery based trading) 100% of clear funds available with us
    • NRML – NORMAL – F&O positions can be carried until expiry in this type. Span Margins used for limits.
    • MIS – MARGIN INTRADAY SQUAREOFF – 10X times of available margin for Equity (cash Intraday trades)
    • FUTURES- Upto 3X in MIS mode in Futures for Intraday only.
    • MIS OPEN POSITIONS ARE SQUAREDOFF BEFORE CLOSE OF THE MARKETS.
  • SUPPORT
    • Is there an offline support available?
      • Yes, we do have customer Assistance desk where we provide support related with Trading platform, A/c opening, Welcome mails and other related queries.
    • Can I trade offline?
      • Zippertrade is an online model, but there has been a dedicated support for the offline trades at the times of your unavailability to do a transaction. Every such call will be charged Rs. 20/- as outside support charges.
